Sambhavna Seth made her debut in a movie called Paagalpan. The movie failed to impress at the box office. After doing several roles in movies, she appeared in Abbas-Mastan's 36 China Town’s super-hit track "Aashiqui Mein Teri" and gained nationwide fame. She also acted in the Hindi movie Undertrial.

Seth was a contestant in the reality show Bigg Boss season 2 and also participated in Bigg Boss 8 as a challenger to the contestants; but eventually got evicted. She played a vamp in &TV's Razia Sultan. She appeared in an item song for the film Welcome Back.She was also seen on the show Laal Ishq on &tv.

Seth has done Bhojpuri films and more than 50 songs Bollywood and Bhojpuri combined.
